Act as the primary student-facing resource during Signature Trips
Ensure completion of waivers, attendance tracking, and conduct expectations
Participate in post-trip feedback sessions and team debriefs
Stay in communication with ACs and CEAP for reminders and updates |
| Assistant Coordinators | - Oversee trip safety and compliance (waivers, MTS passes, forms)
Assist CEAP in developing the overall trip roster and proposing official trips

Collaborate with SEAs to ensure visuals, challenges, and logistics are aligned with trip themes
